Job Title: Healthcare Assistant/Care Support Worker

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant/Care Support Worker to join our team at a school in Sleaford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and help students thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to students with medical conditions and administer medication as required.
  • Assist with daily activities and personal care needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive team.
  • Monitor and record students' progress and report any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Care Support Worker.
  • Relevant qualifications for Healthcare Assistant/Care Support Worker.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
