About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Fosse Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including dressing, repositioning, mobility support, and tasks related to health and hygiene
  • Assist with basic housekeeping and cooking, or help with mealtimes
  • Administer medication as required
  • Accompany clients on trips and offer companionship and support
  • Complete daily documentation of visits on your smartphone
