Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Culinary Leader to join our hotel kitchen operations team. As a Senior Culinary Leader, you will have a flexible approach and extensive experience in managing food safety and achieving commercial targets.

We are currently operating under an exclusive-use booking, which may result in some variations to our usual hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
