We are seeking an Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at Harvester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior culinary role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, including training, development, and performance management. You will also be responsible for menu planning, stock control, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Culinary Manager
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
