**Our Ideal Candidate:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Apprenticeship Development Coach. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Construction, with experience in coaching or mentoring.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our apprentices towards achieving their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with apprentices in the T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. They will also be able to provide constructive feedback and support as needed to help our apprentices progress in their careers.

The salary for this position is between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum, plus benefits such as full training, a pension scheme, free onsite parking, and progression opportunities.
