Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role that involves working in a fast-paced Client Money Team within our Broker Network business, part of the wider Ardonagh Group. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of our Members' Insurer accounts to their broking systems in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with FCA regulations, Insurer requirements and internal procedures.
- Management of own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Ensure successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
- Willingness and ability to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.
