Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and drafting of documentation and legal processes for transactions, including drafting and assisting commercial teams in negotiating deal documentation, management of legal conditions precedent, and implementation of external advice.
  • Support the development of new structures working in partnership with commercial and product teams.
  • Support commercial and operation teams where required for trade execution.
  • Provide ad hoc legal support as required in relation to business as usual corporate processes such as confidentiality agreements.

Requirements

  • Formal legal qualification and admission to practice law (preferably common law qualified).
  • The ability to draft and negotiate in Spanish, as well as English, is a preference given the firm's strong pipeline across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to work closely with commercial colleagues to extract key information and help turn good ideas into excellent and well-run transactions.
  • Curiosity is a must, along with a flexible can-do approach.
