They are looking to hire a Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer to join their team and provide premium legal know-how within the real estate space for their clients across international jurisdiction.


Key roles & Responsibilities for Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer

  • Providing updates on legal and market developments
  • Working closely with the knowledge lead to maintain and update standard documents pertinent to the firm's knowledge library
  • Over-seeing and organizing pre-existing training / on-boarding programmes both in the Uk and internationally
  • Autonomously reflecting and updating documents relative to practice and common law
  • Working closely with the global real estate practice and offering guidance and support
  • Upholding knowledge management innovation by collaborating with automation professionals to automate standard documents when deemed fit


Qualifications & Requirements for Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer

  • Qualified Real Estate Lawyer
  • Prior knowledge lawyer experience in Real Estate however, this role is suitable for current Real Estate fee-earners looking to diversify into a knowledge lawyer role (passion for knowledge development is essential)
  • Ability to provide clear and comprehensive advise to team.


The firm would be open to considering candidates looking for a 4 day-a -week arrangement.
