**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Moderation Manager to oversee and optimise our content moderation operations. This person will be responsible for the quality of our content moderation operations, ensuring high standards of content accuracy, refining guidelines, and driving performance improvements. You will play a key role in keeping our clients compliant by ensuring all content is reviewed accurately and meets our content guidelines.

**Agency Relationship Management**

  • Manage relationships with external moderation agencies acting as the main point of contact.
  • Regularly evaluate agency performance based on established KPIs (cost, accuracy, turnaround times).

**Content Guidelines Ownership**

  • Maintain, refine, and update content moderation guidelines to reflect changes in law, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Ensure clear communication of guidelines to moderation teams and agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and trends in the adult industry regarding illegal content.
  • Ensure guidelines are being adhered to across all relevant stakeholders.

**Quality Assurance & Training**

  • Own the QA process by conducting regular audits of content moderation decisions made by external agencies.
  • Review and assess moderation accuracy, ensuring decisions align with established content guidelines and legal standards.
  • Identify patterns of errors or inconsistencies in moderation decisions and provide feedback to agencies to improve performance.
  • Monitor moderation KPIs such as accuracy rates, turnaround times, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Design and implement training programs for agencies to ensure moderators are well-equipped to make accurate decisions.

**Moderation Accuracy & KPIs**

  • Track and report on the effectiveness and accuracy of content moderation using KPIs such as error rates, guideline adherence, and processing times.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on QA findings and performance analysis.
  • Work with the head of operations and other internal teams to refine strategies for better moderation outcomes.

**Key Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in content moderation, preferably in the adult industry or other sensitive content areas.
  • Strong understanding of content moderation guidelines, legal requirements, and trends related to illegal content in the adult industry.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance processes, training, and implementing moderation KPIs.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships a plus.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
