Chartered Accountancy Portfolio Manager

TPF Recruitment is supporting an excellent chartered accountancy practice in seeking an Accounts Manager to join their team. The practice is an independent firm of chartered accountants.
- Manage a varied client portfolio, comprising sole traders, partnerships, and Ltd companies.
- Prepare statutory accounts, income and expenditure accounts, and oversee bookkeeping and organisation of accounting records.
- Review and prepare VAT returns, personal and corporate tax returns, and provide excellent service to clients.
- Work closely with the senior management team, supporting Partners with projects and contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years experience within practice.
- Experience as a Team Leader/Client Manager/Manager within a practice environment, with hands-on experience of accounts, management accounts, tax, and VAT.
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000, based on experience and qualification.
- Opportunity to work with a leading chartered accountancy practice and contribute to its growth and success.
