Office Management Specialist

Our client, a well-established company in the motor trade, is seeking an experienced Office Management Specialist to join their team in Middlesbrough. With over 50 years of experience, they supply a variety of products and services to small and large garages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the sales office and handling sales inquiries
  • Processing sales transactions using a credit/debit card terminal
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Admin tasks such as data input and composing emails
  • Raising customer invoices and managing client accounts

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in using Sage Accounts to raise and enter client invoices. The hourly rate for this position is £12 per hour, working 35 hours per week from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks.
