Meeting and Events Sales Executive

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting and Events Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to provide administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining manual filing systems, co-ordinating direct mailings, and assisting with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Meeting and Events Manager
  • Maintain manual filing systems to company standards
  • Co-ordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Manager
  • Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events
  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required
  • Compile sales packs and ensure an adequate supply of relevant stationery and brochures are in stock
  • Meet specific sales targets set by management and head office
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
