Meeting and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meet and Events Manager to join our team at Klarent Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective event sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the MICE sales team to drive enquiry conversion and recognize opportunities to up-sell to clients.
- Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support to the planning team as required.
- Holding site visits and client visits as required.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative.
- Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
