About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the termly billing and accounts receivable function.
- Process sales ledger, including termly fees and extras invoices.
- Reconcile recharged extras, including school trips, pupil recharges, and taxi journeys.
Requirements:
- AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent by experience).
- Good VAT experience and understanding of VAT legislation.
- Highly computer literate and open to exploring new digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
