We are partnered with a market leader in asset rental and sales within the construction sector, undergoing a period of transformation following successful investment.

As one of the largest dealers in equipment rental and sales across the UK and Europe, they require an experienced Financial Administrator to support business growth and develop skills within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit card reconciliations, expenses, and invoicing, maintaining accurate records.
  • Check monthly and daily reconciliations – identifying any discrepancies.
  • Build relationships with supplier and customer accounts, resolve overdue invoices, and provide support for queries.
  • Assist in preparing journals, prepayments, and accruals to support month-end closing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Process payroll submissions.
  • Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis.

To Be Successful:

  • Achieve ACCA, CIMA, or AAT qualifications.
  • Skilled in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Natural problem solver who can prioritize effectively.
  • Able to maintain accuracy in high-volume work.
  • Strong analytical mindset.

Salary: Circa £25-30k, Benefits: Death in service, enhanced pension, wellbeing incentives, and more.
