Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at Ignata Finance. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team with a range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Processing: You will be responsible for processing finance data in relation to costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial systems.
  • Month-End Process Support: You will assist with the month-end process, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Performance Reporting: You will assist in preparing monthly performance reports, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Performance Analysis: You will conduct performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You will assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring our financial plans are accurate and achievable.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that all financial processes and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Complex Reconciliations: You will be responsible for complex reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our financial records.
