The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Software Development team, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the iGaming and sports betting industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and values.
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration and empowerment to achieve sprint goals.
  • Monitor and improve team performance, ensuring quality and efficiency in software development.
  • Partner with Product Managers to solve customer problems and build engaging products.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain Agile metrics reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Specifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile software development life cycles.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with expertise in Agile tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Master's Degree or above preferred.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming/sports betting/online casino/sportsbook industry.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as GitLabs, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Zoom, and GSuite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and client delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
