The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Software Development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum teams to achieve their highest performance level.
  • Coach development teams on Scrum principles and help them focus on sprint goals.
  • Guide teams to produce high-quality software that meets customer needs.
  • Partner with product managers to solve customer problems and build amazing products.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster empowerment, collaboration, and ownership of actions and decisions.
  • Produce agile metrics reports to communicate progress, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

Job Specifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with agile tools, including Jira or Confluence.
  • Master's Degree or above preferred.
  • Experience within the iGaming/sports betting/online casino/sportsbook industry.
  • Ability to navigate collaboration tools such as GitLabs, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Zoom, and GSuite.
  • Experience with improving efficiency and process development on software development teams.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, collaborative work environment to achieve consensus.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and help shape and form solutions by leveraging team capabilities.
