About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Transformation Programme, a large-scale business transformation initiative at Allianz Insurance Plc. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of Agile practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant leader to one or more Scrum teams, facilitating their adoption of Agile values and principles.
  • Coach Product Owners to improve their product backlog management techniques and ensure clarity of product and scrum goals.
  • Support teams in assessing their Agile maturity and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Help create a high-energy, motivating environment for the Agile team, using team charters and retrospective ceremonies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up and encourage the use of Agile tooling to enable teams to thrive and collaborate.
Requirements
  • Passion for and knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Experience of delivering within an Agile team.
  • Competent with the use of Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Strong relationship and trust-building skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent).
