About the Role...
We're seeking an accomplished Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team, who share our commitment to excellence and attention to detail. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a vital role in crafting memorable dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop innovative menus that showcase the finest seasonal ingredients and international flavors.
- Sustain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste in every dish that leaves our kitchen.
- Lead and mentor a team of Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.

Your Qualifications:
- A proven track record in a similar role within a 4-star hotel, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
- A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is a significant advantage, but not essential.
