About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Sofitel London Gatwick. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards. You will also be responsible for preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.

  • Prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
