Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our care team to deliver personalised care that meets and exceeds resident expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement care plans that promote resident well-being
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
- At least 6 months' experience as a Senior/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home setting (essential)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care and promoting resident well-being
