Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage all teams to ensure effective communication with customers.
- Ensure effective liaison with suppliers and regular price checking with competitors.
- Carry out site walks and audits to ensure all areas are in excellent condition and safe.
- Communicate with the management team and investigate/report any operative or financial risks.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss and develop management decisions/requirements.
- Liaise with the management company to monitor budgets and spending.
- Ensure the preparation and service of all products to the highest brand standard.
- Ensure the recording of accidents or incidents and compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure all areas of the workplace and equipment are clean, fully operational, and presented to the highest brand standard.
- Comply with HR and payroll procedures and be conversant with current employment legislation.
- Recruit staff in accordance with budgetary and seasonal requirements.
- Undergo/deliver training as required and deliver the full onboarding process to new colleagues.
- Deal with customer enquiries or complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Behave in a polite and courteous manner to be a leading brand ambassador for the company.
- A proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality and leisure industry.
- A personal licence.
