Resort Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Ilfracombe, North Devon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Monitor and control expenditure against budgets, ensuring effective management of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our website and social media channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand standards, service, and presentation of the site.
- Ensure the highest possible standard of customer care and satisfaction.
- Proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality and leisure industry.
- Hold a personal licence.
- Performance-related bonus.
- Relocation package, including accommodation on-site or an off-site location budget.
- Immediate start.
- Seasonal working hours.
- A starting salary of £55,000 with the view to increase after a successful probation.
