Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Ilfracombe, North Devon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Oversee the smooth running of all resort operations, including food and beverage, accommodation, and events.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality and leisure industry.
- Qualifications: Hold a personal licence.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
- Competitive Salary: £55,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
- Relocation Package: Available, including accommodation on-site or an off-site location budget.
- Immediate Start: Available for an immediate start.
- Seasonal Working Hours: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
