**About the Role:**
">We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Radioactive Waste Management and Disposal business in the UK. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of consultancy projects for customers including radioactive waste producers, management organisations and regulators.
">Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering projects safely, timely, and effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach to cost, schedule, scope, and quality management. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered to budgeted margins, providing leadership and guidance as needed.

- Management and delivery of multiple projects.">
- Hands-on management of project delivery, ensuring work is conducted safely, timely, and effectively.">
- Delivery of projects to budgeted margins, effective contract changes management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.">
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.">
- Preparation of specifications and contractor selection.">
- Providing accurate and timely information regarding project status, resourcing levels, activities, and performance.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Frequent experience in project management processes within engineering/research consultancy projects.">
- An excellent understanding of project planning and control, including cost control, risk management, and change management.">
- Proven ability to understand and communicate effectively on project financial issues and technical progress.">
- Understanding of the legal, tendering, and contract process.">
- Proven experience of budget monitoring, commercial awareness, and managing contractors.">
- Strong understanding of the need for Quality within the project environment.">
