We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting and serving guests through a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs
  • Ensuring the department runs smoothly on shift by assisting colleagues and other members of the team
  • Providing a great customer experience/service to our guests when they're utilising the F&B areas of the hotel
  • Providing training to other team members
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and adhered too
  • Ensuring ordering is completed
