Some of your daily duties will be:

  1. Arrange and conduct viewings, showcasing properties in the best possible light
  2. Secure offers from applicants and skillfully negotiate with our clients
  3. Keep an up-to-date CRM system and know who this week's hot applicants are
  4. Arrange valuations
  5. Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
  6. Manage the progression of the sales
  7. Ad hoc support to the lettings team
