Job Title: General Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Nurse to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Llanelli. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and will be responsible for monitoring blood sugar levels, administering oxygen, and overseeing a team of care assistants.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor blood sugar levels and administer medication as required
  • Provide wound management and administer oxygen as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Oversee a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support as required
  • Liaise with the GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK
