Job Title: Finance Professional

We are excited to partner with a leading organisation in the field of finance as they seek to recruit an experienced Finance Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and assistance to the Accountant, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Accounts department.

The key duties of this role include:
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Processing sales invoices and managing customer payments
- Reconciling credit card statements to prevent any discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end duties to meet deadlines

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar position, ideally with around 2 years of experience. You will also possess AAT Level 3 qualifications or equivalent. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities are essential. Proficiency in using Excel and accountancy systems is also required.
