Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our team of experienced Chartered professionals to manage projects from inception to completion. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects across various sectors, providing an excellent chance for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reports
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and tenders
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure project completion within time, budget, and quality parameters
Requirements
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or working towards Chartered status)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
