Training Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to join our team as an Apprentice Training Administrator. This role will provide support to the smooth running of projects, ensuring that information is available in the right place and at the right time.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
- Book internal and external training courses for all UK employees
- Ensure information on our Learning Management System (LMS) is kept up to date
- Collect, maintain, and process data and documents
- Enroll candidates and result training with various awarding organizations
- Create purchase orders for training invoices
- Liaise with potential clients and offer advice and guidance on training courses
- Experience using Microsoft Office systems, such as Word and Excel
- A willingness to undertake an apprenticeship study via Middlesbrough College studying a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
- English proficiency verbal and written
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player
- £18,000 per year, which will be reviewed upon completion of apprenticeship
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with extra days for length of service
