About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our ward nursing team at North Downs Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality clinical care to patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery, responding to changing patient needs and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills, contributing to the development of the nursing team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
