About the Role

We are seeking talented graduates to join our Actuarial Graduate Programme, where you will gain invaluable experience in managing risk and uncertainty for our global clients. As an actuarial graduate, you will work closely with our team to advise clients on how to set and meet business goals.

  • Life Insurance: Work with European, Middle Eastern, Indian, and African clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Non-Life Insurance: Collaborate with a global portfolio of clients to create business insights that reduce risk.
  • Pensions and Investments: Assist clients worldwide by identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Your Career Journey

As an Actuarial Graduate, you will be part of a supportive team and receive regular coaching and mentoring. You will learn on-the-job and have access to training opportunities to develop your skills and expertise. Once you complete the programme, we will provide opportunities for career progression within EY.

What We're Looking For

We operate an open-access policy, considering candidates based on their potential rather than academic performance alone. To be eligible, you must be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum grade 4/C GCSE in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
