Job Description

As an Academic Experience and Learning Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students. You will build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community. This role requires the application of subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively.
