Job Title: Academic Support Specialist

Timeplan Education is recruiting a qualified Academic Support Specialist to join a reputable Primary SEND school in Barnet on a full-time basis.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide academic support to pupils with MLD, ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs.

This role involves leading interventions on a 1:1 basis, promoting the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities, and maximizing their achievement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and EAL, and have the ability to engage and support pupils' learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support to pupils with SEND needs
  • Lead interventions on a 1:1 basis
  • Promote the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities
  • Maximize pupils' achievement
