About the Role
Care Support Specialists play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently within their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Prestige Nursing & Care, you will be responsible for assisting clients with medication, meal support, personal care, and socialising. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in areas of low-level clinical skills with further scope to train within more complex care.

You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts. We also offer a pension scheme, Blue light card, free DBS check, enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes, continued professional development to support you & your career, weekly pay, holiday pay, refer a friend with the Care Friends mobile app and earn extra money, employee assistance line - available 24/7 and fully confidential for our staff, and support from your local branch team and out of hours support.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence is essential
  • Good professional and personal references

We are committed to promoting Equal Opportunities for all and for challenging any behaviour or practice which discriminates against any client or colleague on the grounds of race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, identity or any other perceived difference.
