Job Summary:

We are seeking a resilient and compassionate Outreach Support Worker to join our highly regarded community Outreach Team. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting children, families, and carers within the community and in times of crisis. Your role will involve supporting daily routines, providing mentor support, and helping young people and families to work through challenges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support children, families, and carers within the community and in times of crisis
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users
  3. Provide mentor support and guidance to young people and families
  4. Work collaboratively with the Outreach Team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children and young people
  • Ability to drive and have access to a reliable car
  • Enhanced DBS check for child and adult workforce with barred list checks
