As a Senior Director of Laboratory Software Development, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for our Lab Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic software roadmap for Lab Services, balancing regional, business unit, and corporate goals.
  • Lead the Lab Software group, supporting multiple laboratory information management systems (LIMS and LIS) implementations and web application development.
  • Streamline and harmonize software and informatics systems across ILS laboratories to drive global lab integration.
  • Establish and maintain software development standards and best practices for clinical diagnostic products within a regulated QMS environment.
  • Interact and partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather user and QMS requirements, and translate them into software specifications.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in software/product development in the life science industry, including 10+ years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing the strategy of and leading the execution of clinical software development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategy.
  • Successful experience managing senior-level software development professionals.
