Job Title: Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Emponics. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Improve team execution of Agile principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
