Agile Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead our Data & Analytics team in adopting and adhering to Agile values, principles, and framework.

As Agile Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for clearing the path of blockages, organizing the backlog, and planning sprints to ensure the team can be productive in delivery.

You will also support the team and Product Owners through the lifecycle of the IT change, from requirements to implementation into Production.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Experience of leading multiple development teams using an Agile delivery approach
  • Some project management experience (e.g. Resourcing Profiles, Risk and Issue Management)
  • Ability to produce and manage budgets up to £2m
