About Our Company:
  • We offer a competitive salary of circa £28,000-30,000 per year pro-rata.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for handling and co-ordinating all customer service queries.
  • Organising and communicating all aspects of the installation process.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure prompt responses to customer issues.
  • Managing logistics and planning to optimise business efficiency.
  • Managing daily client requests and keeping them updated.

We require proactive and resilient individuals with excellent operational skills.

An HND/HNC qualification or degree level education is advantageous, but not mandatory.
