- Manage production and food levels to minimize waste, promoting sustainability and efficiency.
- Act as a trainer/coach for new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar food service environment, with a relevant culinary qualification (level 2 minimum).
- Excellent team player and communicator, with a confident and flexible approach to work.
- DBS clearance required for this role, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
