About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at AM Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Administer company insurance applications and claims
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or a related field)
  • English language proficiency (A-level or above)
  • Previous experience in compliance and quality control environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to research and interpret information and concepts
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
