Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the organisation's HSE function, fostering a positive safety culture and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain a high level of health and safety awareness, monitor competency levels, and identify training needs.
  3. Review and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with HSE strategies, promoting a culture of excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of our client's Education Group.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level 6 qualification.
  • Proven experience in a management role, with the ability to think strategically and develop ideas.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £58,000, plus an excellent local government benefits package.
