Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA/QC's to ensure high-quality products
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management and food manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing or team leading
  • Confidence and a strong work ethic
