As a key member of our domestic services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards, ensuring our residents feel safe and comfortable in their living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the cleaning of equipment and safe disposal of waste, adhering to worksheet instructions for daily, weekly, and less frequent operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of the domestic and laundry staff team.
  • Responsible for duty rotas and timesheets for payroll purposes.
  • Conduct staff supervision, appraisal, and personal development plans under the supervision of the Home Manager.
  • Ensure efficient stock control and budgetary control for cleaning and laundry supplies.
  • Adhere to Company Policy on Infection Control and COSHH at all times.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polite, courteous, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.30 and a permanent contract with 40 hours per week, 8am-4pm. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional housekeeping services and are willing to contribute to enhancing the quality and service levels for our residents, please apply now.
