Commercial Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements with clients and suppliers, and providing expert advice on contract law and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including sales agreements, distribution contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Providing expert advice on contract law and compliance, including GDPR and competition law.
  • Managing a small team of contract administrators to ensure timely and efficient contract management.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure effective contract management.

Requirements:

  • Legal qualification, equivalent to an LLB degree.
  • 3+ years' experience working on commercial or sales contracts in a negotiation and legal drafting capacity.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to adapt contract language to reflect business requirements.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders at various levels within the business, with a proactive approach to developing relationships.
