About the opportunity:

This is a broad legal and commercial role that reflects the innovative multi-disciplinary approach of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on commercial and operational matters in EMEA.

The role will require the candidate to manage a broad spectrum of commercial legal work, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting various significant strategic and operations commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, including advising on EMEA promotions, campaigns, and advertising, ensuring compliance with EU law and local laws.

About you:

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, having trained in a top UK law firm. Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is desirable, as is experience of marketing and advertising. Familiarity with key standard forms of commercial contracts is also desirable.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to take on the challenge of working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced in-house environment. Ideally, the candidate will have experience of operating in an international environment and be commercially astute.
