About the role:
You will utilize your experience and skills to meet the needs of our customers in the following areas:
- Testing of AC/DC electrical motor winding.
- Proper use of burnout techniques.
- Detailing of AC/DC motor windings.
- Connection and testing of windings.
- Impregnation and stoving methods.
- Utilization of specialist tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Winding Technician at ERIKS, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough testing and inspection of electrical motor windings.
- Applying burnout techniques to ensure optimal results.
- Detailing and rewinding AC/DC motor windings to meet customer specifications.
- Connecting and testing windings to ensure proper function.
- Implementing impregnation and stoving methods to enhance winding performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in electrical motor winding and testing.
- Knowledge of burnout techniques and impregnation methods.
- Ability to work with specialist tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
